01

These terms

These terms apply when you buy clothing from My Store through this website. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you accept them. We recommend keeping a copy.

Nothing in these terms reduces your legal rights as a consumer. Where a term conflicts with those rights, your rights come first.

02

How the contract is made

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will send an email acknowledging it, which is not yet acceptance. The contract between us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

If we cannot accept your order — because a piece is out of stock, because of an error in the price or description, or because we are unable to authorise your payment — we will tell you and refund any sum already taken in full.

03

Our products

Every piece is photographed as accurately as we can manage, but screens render white and off-white differently, so slight variation between the image and the garment you receive is normal and is not a fault.

Natural fabrics vary a little in weave, weight and shade between batches. Sizes and measurements are listed on each product page; if you are between sizes or unsure of a cut, ask us before ordering.

04

Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. The price you pay is the price displayed when you place your order, together with any delivery charge, which is shown separately at checkout before you confirm.

Payment is taken through our payment provider at checkout. If a price is obviously wrong and you could reasonably have recognised it as an error, we are not obliged to supply at that price — we will contact you before proceeding.

05

Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated timings are shown at checkout and explained on our Shipping page. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed.

Goods are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to the address you gave us, and you own them once we have received payment in full.

06

Changing your mind

As a consumer buying at a distance you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. How to do this, the few items it does not apply to, and how refunds are paid are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

07

If something is wrong with your order

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the clothing we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not:

  • within 30 days of delivery you may reject it and claim a full refund;
  • after 30 days and within six months you may ask for a repair or replacement, and a refund if that is not possible;
  • after six months you may still have a claim, though you may need to show the fault was present at delivery.

We pay the cost of returning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items. Contact us at our contact page and we will arrange it.

08

Accounts and acceptable use

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password confidential and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, or buy from us to resell commercially without our written agreement.

09

Our content

The photography, text, design and branding on this site belong to us or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own use, but not reproduce or use them commercially without our permission.

10

Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.

We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to do so — including your statutory rights over the goods. As we supply goods for private use, we are not liable for business losses such as lost profit or lost business opportunity.

11

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier strikes or supply failures. If one occurs we will contact you as soon as possible, and you may cancel your order and receive a refund for anything paid for and not received.

12

Complaints and disputes

If you are unhappy with anything, contact us at our contact page and we will try to resolve it quickly. Raising a complaint with us does not affect your right to take legal action.

13

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country, and the consumer protection law of that country continues to apply to you.

14

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed your order, and the date it was last changed is shown alongside this page.
